" It is not necessary a physical border as used to define properties and so on. It could be a symbol of any kinds of prevent ional boundaries set by such institutions as schools, governments, religions, media or militaries to separate a class of people in order to benefit another " he adds on. " In some cases it could be artificial man made limitations set by parents or teachers and so on in order to gain control over the individual. And as the result the individual withdraws more and more until a state of isolation is self imposed" he continues. " In such a system the victim and the border are counterparts". " In a phrase Hessar is any artificially super imposed physical or mental boundaries for the purpose of either monetary or monetary related control ".
